The design strategy focused on solving the problem of the microwave as a lesser sibling to the oven and stove and focused on two key objectives; Design a device to be used as an integral part of a chef’s (home or professional) cooking arsenal instead of an alternative. Second, convey an innovative, premium impression that could be easily adopted by everyday cooks to entrust entire multi course meals to a singular operation with a singular device.
