| Raptor needed a product identity that could be built on their existing chassis. Their visual brand needed to convey an aggressive and fast message through the bezel design. The handle is not only functional, as an ejector for the power supply, but also becomes a major element in the Raptor "Eye" design theme. The red color makes the claw like handle stand out. The design language was created to work both as a single 1u chassis and in a multiple stacked configuration. The design look was also adapted to work on a 2u chassis. |
