Industrial Design: The Image Encoder is a product that resides in a clean room illuminated with yellow light. StudioRED Industrial Design team created a design that uses an innovative light pipe design to replicate the Eclipse logo and give the product and recognizable visual brand. Functional features like air flow are elegantly and simply blended into the front bezel. The Image Encoder’s success is attributed to its user-friendly interface, innovative design and Eclipse’s solid performance reputation.

Mechanical Engineering: StudioRED developed the mechanical solution for the front of the chassis, and did extensive design and innovation on the light pipe in order to achieve the signature illuminated eclipse design.

Production: Bringing the design to its ultimate conclusion, StudioRED builds, in-house, Eclipse’s entire yearly production requirements, cutting time to market and allowing for superior quality control.
