Managing Director - Operations

Robert has over 19 years of experience manufacturing high-tech products. He has been involved in product development of medical, consumer, and various handheld, portable devices. Robert worked for McNeal Enterprises where he began as a machinist, ultimately rising to the position of Vice-President Manufacturing Operations. In his 14 years at MEI, Robert worked extensively in plastics design and manufacturing and process management. He has a high level of expertise in Process Qualification Plans, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis and other engineering tools. During his tenure as General Manager of MEI, he increased margins by 700% and expanded capacity of the operation 300%. Robert joined Studio Red in May 2001. He holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Systems from San Jose State University, and was selected Dean’s Scholar along with Certified Manufacturing Technologist from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
